01

Research-Based Instruction

All Edyn courses are grounded in peer-reviewed educational research. Teachers are expected to understand the evidence base behind each program and apply it consistently.

02

Explicit & Systematic Teaching

Edyn's instructional model prioritizes explicit instruction — clear modeling, guided practice, and independent application — delivered in a logical, cumulative sequence.

03

Responsive Feedback

Timely, specific, and constructive feedback is a cornerstone of the Edyn experience. Teachers are expected to respond to student work within defined turnaround windows.

04

Inclusive Practice

Every learner deserves access to the full curriculum. Edyn teachers are trained to apply Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles across all instruction.

Common Questions

Answers to what educators ask most before getting started.

Do I need prior online teaching experience?

No prior virtual teaching experience is required. Edyn's onboarding training is designed to equip educators at all experience levels with the skills needed to thrive in an online environment.

How long does the onboarding process take?

Most educators complete the full onboarding sequence in 4–6 hours spread across a few days. All training is self-paced, so you can work through it on your own schedule.

Edyn provides regular educator check-ins, a resource library, and access to the Edyn team for questions. Professional development is ongoing — not a one-time event.
